Set Corrected Coordinates for a Cache

Corrected coordinates are often set for a Mystery, Wherigo, or Multi-cache to indicate the final location. However, you can add corrected coordinates for any cache type. Corrected Coordinates added in Cachly are synced with geocaching.com and vice versa.

Caches with corrected coordinates show a red triangle on the cache pin for map views and the cache type icon on the cache details screen. By default, they also appear on map views at the corrected location rather than the published coordinates.

To see caches at their published coordinates instead, go to Settings > Caches & Waypoints > Ignore Corrected Coordinates. This option is handy for viewing a completed Geo Art. Ignore Corrected Coordinates can also be quickly accessed from map screens by long pressing on the map layers button and selecting Options. When Ignore Corrected Coordinates is enabled, the red triangle shows a question mark.

Note that the coordinates at the top of the Cache Details screen will be changed to the Corrected Coordinates and appear in green. You can delete the Corrected Coordinates at any time.
